The Principal
Eunice Kavere Embeywa
MBA, LL.B, Dip KSL, CPA-K, CPS-K
An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Certified Public Secretary (CPS-K) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), she has over 20 years’ experience in legal counsel and company secretarial practice. She is the Founder and Principal of Kavere Embeywa Advocates, a Kenyan law firm offering corporate, commercial, employment, compliance and dispute resolution services, and of iDeate Africa Corporate Services, which provides company secretarial and governance advisory support.
She holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a General Executive MBA jointly awarded by United States International University and Frankfurt Business School. She is also a certified mediator and an ISO 9000 lead auditor.
